Leaving Your Mark

What difference will we make? We labor and love each day for purposes and people close to our hearts. Our intentions are good but have we chosen to invest into things that will endure? Are we capable of knowing what will and what will not last? No one intends to spend themselves on useless pursuits. But so often we do. We fail to see beyond ourselves and into the eternal fortunes of others. We should leave a lasting mark on the communities and peoples closest to us. More than a mark on the wall; we should build new walls. Our work is not superficial; it is Kingdom work. Are work is more important that mending because it restores.
